I am very thankful for weekends. Weekends are a great time to relax and spend time with your family. I am very thankful for the extra time I get to spend with my family on the weekends. It's one of the reasons I would really like to work from home ALL the time. Albeit, I am very thankful that I do get to work from home frequently in my current job. Anyway, I am very thankful for the weekends.

It has been so dry here in Houston lately. I am so thankful that it rained at our house last night. The lawn REALLY needed the rain. I hope it rains again soon, as long as it doesn't come as a result of a direct hit from hurricane Dennis.

Hannah had two caps put on today. Most of her teeth and Joseph's teeth came in without enamel or very weak, so they have had a lot of work on them. But I am very thankful the dental work today went well and I am very thankful that is she is an otherwise very healthy 5 year old.

This is a bit belated... I am thankful for the fourth of July. It marks such an important date in the history of the United States. Also, we and our kids had a really nice fourth yesterday. We spent it with my brother-in-law, his wife and their two daughters, plus my mother-in-law. The kids had a great time and we all enjoyed eachothers company. The fourth of July is a fun day to celebrate our independence. I am very thankful for it.
