Thankful I live in the US

I am very thankful we live in the United States. We have so much in this country. Even the poor in this country are usually much better off than in some contries. This country is not perfect, but it is a great country to live in. I am very thankful to live in the United States.

Thankful my wife likes taking backroads

I am very thankful that my wife likes to venture out on backroads to see where they go. It was a great blessing for us to be able to avoid the traffic when we evacuated last Thursday.

I am very, very thankful that Jill likes to find new ways to get places and is always venturing down backroads.

Thankful I am married to such a giving woman

I am very thankful I am married to the most giving woman I have ever met. It is a blessing to be married to Jill.

Thankful we have electicity

I am very thankful we have electricity this week. After hurricane Rita just missed us, we were out of power for 12 hours or so, but have had power ever since. Last year my friend was without power for two weeks after a hurricane just missed his house in Florida. I am very thankful we have electricity!

Thankful we were spared the wrath of Rita
