Thankful for Memorial Day

I am thankful for Memorial Day. Memorial Day was originally called Decoration Day.
I am thankful to have a day of remembrance for those who have died in the service of the United States of America. I am thankful for this country and I am thankful for all those who put their lives on the line to serve and protect this country.

Thankful for Quiet

I am thankful for peace and quiet. It is so nice to have quiet time, in our busy, hectic, and LOUD world. I am really thankful for times when I can experience the quiet.

Thankful for the most smiling baby in the world

I am very thankful for the way Baby John Victor smiles. He smiles and laughs SOOOOOO MUCH! It is a real blessing. He smiles at strangers all the time. He is a very happy baby. I am very thankful that he is the most smiley baby in the world.
